程天海,男,現(xiàn)為中國(guó)科學(xué)院遙感與數(shù)字地球研究所副研究員,碩士生導(dǎo)師,博士學(xué)位。研究工作主要面向環(huán)境污染監(jiān)測(cè)和氣候變化評(píng)估的迫切需求,以提高中國(guó)地區(qū)氣溶膠遙感反演的精度和數(shù)量、降低中國(guó)區(qū)域氣溶膠環(huán)境效應(yīng)和氣候效應(yīng)的不確定性為目標(biāo),針對(duì)新型多角度偏振遙感技術(shù)的應(yīng)用潛力及氣溶膠物理光學(xué)特性探測(cè)的難點(diǎn),以氣溶膠偏振遙感的新機(jī)理和新方法為突破口,在氣溶膠物理光學(xué)特性偏振衛(wèi)星遙感反演這個(gè)國(guó)際前沿問題進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新性研究,對(duì)提高氣溶膠影響環(huán)境和氣候變化機(jī)理的認(rèn)識(shí)有重要意義。
榮獲2009年度“中國(guó)科學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)”和“中國(guó)科學(xué)院優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生”。以空基多角度偏振遙感機(jī)理為主要研究?jī)?nèi)容的博士論文《非球形大氣粒子多角度偏振遙感反演研究》榮獲2010年度“中國(guó)科學(xué)院優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文”(50篇)和2011年度“全國(guó)優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文提名”。
以第一作者/通訊作者身份,在大氣偏振遙感領(lǐng)域已發(fā)表11篇SCI,包括 Remote Sens.Environ.、Atmos.Envrion.、J.Quant.Spect.Rad. Trans.、Atmos.Meas.Tech.、J.Atmos.Sci.等。共主持承擔(dān)10余項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目,含國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、中國(guó)科學(xué)院知識(shí)創(chuàng)新工程重要方向項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家科技重大專項(xiàng)(高分辨率對(duì)地觀測(cè)系統(tǒng))子課題、科技部全球氣候變化重大科學(xué)研究計(jì)劃子課題和中國(guó)科學(xué)院戰(zhàn)略性先導(dǎo)科技專項(xiàng)子課題等國(guó)家重大科研項(xiàng)目。
