李秀紅,女,博士生導(dǎo)師,武漢大學(xué)博士,中科院遙感所博士后,北京師范大學(xué)全球變化與地球系統(tǒng)科學(xué)研究院副教授。發(fā)表論文30余篇,擁有專(zhuān)利13項(xiàng)(其中授權(quán)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利3項(xiàng)),獲國(guó)際發(fā)明大會(huì)銀 獎(jiǎng)。長(zhǎng)期從事無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究與應(yīng)用研發(fā)方面工作,主要研究領(lǐng)域包括空天地一體化的監(jiān)測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、全球變化監(jiān)測(cè)與評(píng)估和生態(tài)環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)與評(píng)估。近6年來(lái)主持或者作為主要完成人員參與水專(zhuān)項(xiàng)、“863”、科技支撐、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目等科研項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng)。通過(guò)主 持和參與各種科學(xué)研究和技術(shù)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目,在空天地一體化監(jiān)測(cè)平臺(tái)建設(shè)與生態(tài)環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)與評(píng)估領(lǐng)域逐漸奠定了一定的基礎(chǔ),也形成了較為鮮明的特色。近年來(lái)重點(diǎn)在以下幾個(gè)方面取得進(jìn)展或突破:
(1)基于自主研發(fā)的嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)內(nèi)核實(shí)現(xiàn)了監(jiān)測(cè)儀器和設(shè)備的底層硬件控制;
(2)將無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于野外(包括南極等極端環(huán)境)監(jiān)測(cè),突破了遠(yuǎn)程底端無(wú)線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸瓶頸;
(3)監(jiān)測(cè)范圍從點(diǎn)位、試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)尺度擴(kuò)大到區(qū)域和流域尺度,監(jiān)測(cè)頻率實(shí)現(xiàn)了遠(yuǎn)程調(diào)控和自適應(yīng)調(diào)控,監(jiān)測(cè)要素完成了從氣象、水文、生態(tài)、環(huán)境等單一要素標(biāo)量指標(biāo)向聲像一體化等復(fù)合多元非標(biāo)量指 標(biāo)集成的轉(zhuǎn)變,并正向綜合觀測(cè)平臺(tái)拓展,通過(guò)反演、驗(yàn)證與模擬,形成空天地一體化綜合集成監(jiān)測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研發(fā)應(yīng)用能力;
(4)基于無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和自主研發(fā)的嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)內(nèi)核,研發(fā)的無(wú)線遠(yuǎn)程觀測(cè)、監(jiān)控平臺(tái)已經(jīng)在南極、中科院懷來(lái)試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)、黑河流域、青海湖流域等地成功運(yùn)行;南極第27次和28次科考均安 裝了基于無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的極端環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)平臺(tái),并獲取了大量有價(jià)值的南極氣象、冰架移動(dòng)等各種環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)。
(5)區(qū)域/流域生態(tài)環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)、評(píng)估、規(guī)劃、管理和決策。開(kāi)展森林、草原、湖泊、濕地、流域、城市、園區(qū)等區(qū)域/流域生態(tài)環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè),進(jìn)行區(qū)域/流域生態(tài)環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,開(kāi)展區(qū)域/流域生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評(píng)估及成因分析,編制區(qū)域/流域生態(tài)環(huán)境規(guī)劃,開(kāi)展區(qū)域/流域生 態(tài)環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略分析,提出區(qū)域/流域重大突出生態(tài)環(huán)境問(wèn)題解決方案,開(kāi)展生態(tài)補(bǔ)償?shù)壬鷳B(tài)環(huán)境政策制度研究,服務(wù)國(guó)家決策和地方管理。
