報(bào)告摘要:Spatial information technologies are widely used in natural disaster preventation and reducation in Japan. What are requirements to ICT such as GIS and RS from disaster prevention? What are the required functions of GIS and RS? What are particular conditions and requirements in Pamir case? Firstly, the professor will give a gerenal introduction about his achievement or knowledge on the application of RS and GIS in disaster prevention and reduction of Japan to answer the fronter two question, where he will emphase disaster is depending on region (life style) and culture. Then he would organize the presentation considering the points mentioned before comparing Japanese case to Pamir reason, and reveal some hints to the risk discussion of Pamir area to fix the last question.
