　　報告人簡介：Dr. Saeid Hamzeh is an assistant professor of Remote Sensing and GIS at the Faculty of Geography of University of Tehran. He holds a Ph.D degree in water science engineering with specialized in remote sensing, from the Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, in joint cooperation with the University of Tehran, in 2012. Dr. Hamzeh primary research goal is directed toward integrated water resource management using remote sensing with special focus on earth observation of water cycle, Climate Change, Drought monitoring and food security assessment. He is specialized in modeling and estimating of evapotranspiration using Land Surface Energy Balance algorithms and also in soil moisture and runoff modeling with using different remotely sensed data. Dr. Hamzeh is a member of Iranian Commission of Irrigation and Drainage (IRNCID), Iranian Society of Remote Sensing and GIS, Member of SPIE and IEEE. He has published more than 30 papers in preview journals and had more than 20 international presentation.
