報告人簡介：
Kamal Labbassi is full Professor head of the research unit "Geosciences & Remote Sensing“ at the Chouaib Doukkali University (Morocco) and director of the DBAR ICoE-El Jadida. He is the President of the African Association of Remote Sensing of the Environment (AARSE), council member of International Society for Digital Earth (ISDE) and the founder of the IEEE-GRSS National Chapter in Morocco. He has served as expert/consultant in feasibility studies and technical reports for the World Bank and the African Academy of Sciences, and as Peer Reviewer of the continental program GMES and Africa implemented under the coordination of the commission of the African Union with the support of the European Commission. He has initiated and directed numerous research projects focused on remote sensing applications in geosciences and involving an extensive network of international partners.
